ProposalsAI ("the Service") is a web-based tool that uses artificial intelligence to generate business proposals, invoices, and cold emails. The Service is operated by AI Edge 247.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By using ProposalsAI, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
3. Free and Paid Tiers
The free tier provides 3 AI generations without requiring signup. The Pro tier ($19/month or $79 one-time lifetime access) provides unlimited generations. Payment is processed securely through Stripe.
4. Refund Policy
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied with ProposalsAI Pro, contact us at cal@aiedge247.com within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time.
5. Content Ownership
You own all content generated by ProposalsAI. The proposals, invoices, and emails you create are yours to use, modify, and distribute as you see fit. We claim no ownership over your generated content.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for illegal purposes
- Attempt to circumvent usage limits or payment requirements
- Use the Service to generate spam, phishing content, or deceptive materials
- Reverse engineer, copy, or redistribute the Service
7. Disclaimer
AI-generated content is provided as a starting point and may require review and editing. ProposalsAI makes no guarantees about the accuracy, completeness, or legal sufficiency of generated content. You are responsible for reviewing all generated documents before sending them to clients.
8. Limitation of Liability
ProposalsAI and AI Edge 247 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding any claim.
Privacy Policy
What We Collect
When you use ProposalsAI, we collect:
- Form inputs: The business details you enter to generate documents. These are sent to our AI provider (Anthropic/Claude) for processing and are not stored permanently.
- Email address: Only if you voluntarily provide it via the upgrade modal. Used to send you promotional offers.
- Usage data: Page views, generation counts, and feature usage for analytics purposes.
- Payment information: Processed securely by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers.
How We Use Your Data
- To provide the Service (generating proposals, invoices, emails)
- To process payments via Stripe
- To send promotional emails if you opted in
- To improve the Service based on usage patterns
Data Sharing
We share data only with:
- Anthropic (Claude AI): Your form inputs are sent to generate content
- Stripe: Payment processing
- Resend: Email delivery
We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
Data Retention
Form inputs are processed in real-time and not stored. Email addresses are retained until you request removal. Payment records are retained as required by law.
Your Rights

Cookies
ProposalsAI uses localStorage (not cookies) to track your usage count and Pro status. No third-party tracking cookies are used.
